Two private Finnish saunas, one in each apartment
Whoever rents Apartment 1 has the sauna entirely to themselves and their group. Whoever rents Apartment 2, likewise. And when you take over the whole cottage for twenty people, you have both at once — one, say, for warming up after skiing in the morning, the other in the evening after grilling. No "occupied" signs anywhere, no one you don't know.
Both saunas are electric, wood-lined and large enough for five to six people at once. You set the temperature to your own taste, not to whatever the previous group left behind.
How the sauna works

Loxone, one tap
Just select "sauna" on the tablet or the hallway display — Loxone heats the stove to the set temperature and watches the safety limits, while you're out on the terrace or in the kitchen.
Shower right next door
The sauna sits directly next to the shower, so between heating up and cooling down you don't need to walk through hallways or out into the cold.
Towels ready
Towels for every guest are waiting in advance, as are the heated towel rails in both bathrooms, which dry swimwear by morning.

In winter, the sauna is the natural centrepiece of the evening after a day on the slopes — Hochficht and the Lipno nad Vltavou ski resort are just a short drive from the cottage, so you can come back with cold feet and be warm again within minutes. Outside the season, you're just as welcome to come for a long weekend without skis, with a single goal: slow down, alternate between sauna, terrace and book, and be in no hurry at all.
