150 cm fence around the property
The thousand-square-metre garden is enclosed by a 150 cm fence with a lockable entry gate. Your dog can move around off the lead without you worrying about it slipping outside — there are no neighbours here anyway.
Forest walks beyond the gate
Just walk through the entry gate and you're straight into the forest — no drive to a dog run, no hunting for parking at a trailhead. Shorter walks follow forest tracks above the cottage, longer ones lead down to the lake.
Water bowl on the terrace
On the terrace of each apartment you'll find a water bowl and a heated entry room for drying paws after rain or snow, before heading inside onto the wooden floor.

An area that suits dogs
A dense network of forest tracks, cycle paths and walking trails runs around Lipno, where your dog is just as welcome as you are — shorter walks are possible straight from the cottage, longer trips lead down to the lake, nine kilometres away. The cottage stands in Přední Výtoň right by the access road, with parking for up to ten cars, so unloading the dog's gear doesn't mean hauling it across the garden. Whether you rent just one apartment or the whole cottage for twenty people, the fence and garden are just as available to your dog either way.
