Přední Výtoň 263 is a private cottage above Lipno, built for four to twenty guests at once — from a couple in a single apartment to two families or a corporate team taking over the whole house. Two fully separate apartments, each with its own Finnish sauna, a thousand square metres of garden behind the fence, and the lake nine kilometres away. There are no neighbours here.
Two independent apartments
under one roof
The cottage is split into two fully independent apartments, each for ten guests — its own kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, two toilets, an attic and a private Finnish sauna. Rent just one for a smaller group or a couple, or both together for a whole house that sleeps twenty.
The difference is in the heart of the living room. Apartment 1 has a traditional tiled stove, where you sit with a book in winter and listen to the wood crackle. Apartment 2 offers a spacious sofa and its own library for film nights. The kitchen, technology and standard of fittings are identical in both.
